Turning Dreams to Opportunities (D2O) is a languages project under Kailor Education Development Center in Phonsavanh aims to provide a space for students, tourists, and volunteers to engage in language practice and cultural exchange.

· Free of charge for reservations to join a conversation. Just text us when you wanted to meet our students.
